I teach yoga as a complete system for supporting pain relief, mobility, and a more balanced relationship with the mind and body. My work helps people navigate common challenges like chronic tension, physical discomfort, burnout, limited range of motion, and feeling worn down by the demands of daily life.I focus on practical, accessible practices that support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and sustainable movement. Sessions are designed to meet people where they are and provide tools they can actually use, both on and off the mat.I’ve been teaching since 2012 through studios, workshops, private sessions, and group settings. Over time, my work has shifted toward more personalized formats, supporting individuals and small groups in reducing pain, improving mobility, managing stress, and moving with greater confidence and awareness.In addition to this work, I also support people navigating the aftermath of trauma, abuse, or toxic dynamics, where regulation, safety, and self-trust may have been disrupted. This aspect of my work emphasizes supportive, embodied practices that help people move forward without centering their lives around the past.My approach is grounded, experiential, and shaped by long-term teaching alongside lived experience. The intention is to offer clear, personalized support that helps people feel better in their bodies and more capable in everyday life.
