TS cleared, PMP-certified senior leader specializing in advising and strategizing Government and Public Services sector clients.As a seasoned program manager within a multitude of environments over the last 20 years, Liz has proven she is able to adapt to any environment. This was especially evident during the pandemic, when she had to reevaluate and pivot her way of managing to maintain the level of success to which her clients have become accustomed. Liz has led complex system implementation teams of up to and more than 200+ people, orchestrating multiple workstreams, efforts and stakeholders, some of which spanned time zones and locations. She has also applied the same programmatic rigor to internal initiatives and firmwide strategic programs while acting in chief of staff and practice leader roles. In these capacities, she advanced operational and go-to-market objectives for a practitioner Federal technology practice and stood up and grew new market offerings in the Oracle, Digital Engineering and Cloud spaces. Her drive and expertise allowed her to achieve similar success selling work in smaller, strategic markets. Liz thrives in fast-paced, complex environments where multiple priorities blend (and often conflict) and she uses her master coordinator and integrator skill sets to achieve program success by building cohesive, effective, and highly motivated teams - onsite, virtually and in creatively hybrid environments.
