As the Early Career Programs Lead at Royal Caribbean Group, I design talent experiences that genuinely make an impact. I build and lead internship and rotational programs that don’t just strengthen pipelines. they shape future leaders. One of my proudest indicators of this work is our internship program earning an NPS of 77, proof that when strategy meets intention, people feel it. I work closely with leaders across the organization, using data, empathy, and creativity to build programs that support business goals while giving candidates an unforgettable, people-first experience.Across my career, I’ve coached and supported thousands of students and early career professionals - from undergrad, MBA, and PhD candidates to folks in their first jobs trying to land their first promotion. I’ve helped them navigate what can feel like an intimidating recruitment process and turn it into something clear, empowering, and achievable. Guiding early talent through those pivotal transitions is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.With more than a decade of experience in university recruiting, early career program design, and inclusion-centered strategy, I’ve led teams across regions and industries to rethink how organizations bring in and grow emerging talent. At TikTok, I led the Americas Early Careers Programs and Non‑Tech Recruiting teams, building new hiring strategies, expanding university partnerships, and championing diversity initiatives that created real access. At Google, I focused on Early Career and professional recruiting, employer branding, and Digital Advertising with SMBs. As a proud Latina, I’m driven by innovation, community, and the belief that early career opportunities should cultivate confidence, visibility, and possibility.
