With more than 15 years of experience, my insider knowledge spans the alcohol beverage, cannabis and consumer packaged goods industries as a trusted business partner, headhunter, and in-house recruitment leader. My executive recruitment experience ranges from building teams for start ups and privately held companies to navigating through extensive mergers and acquisitions in highly matrixed global organizations. Since medical legalization in 1996 I have been passionate about the medicinal benefits of cannabis, and am a lifelong resident and native of Sonoma County’s wine region. As the Founder of Gehl Search Partners I am thrilled to be able to combine my three passions - Recruiting, the Wine/Beer/Spirits industry, and the Cannabis industry.
