My career has always had one constant: I love helping people feel supported, prepared, and excited about where they work.I started my career in retail, spending 9 years building teams, hiring talent, and creating exceptional customer experiences. That passion for people led me into full-time recruiting in property management, where I spent 7 years connecting candidates with roles that matched their strengths and goals.From there, I expanded into HR onboarding, supporting our talent programs, including our internship program, and helping shape a smoother, more consistent experience for incoming associates.Now, I’m part of our Associate Experience team, focusing on what happens after day one: How we help new hires feel welcomed, engaged, and empowered to succeed.
