ABOUT LIZZETH MAGANA

I am currently attending Cal State Long Beach. My expected graduation date is 2024. My current major is Accounting as a Junior. My goal is to become a CPA. My work experience involves Cashier full time at a restaurant. I am experienced with customer service and have great communication skills.I have been very organized with every area that I have been working on. During community college I was part of AFT 1521, which stands for American Federation of Teachers. I was a student intern and my duties and responsibilities included mobilizing students to attend monthly Board of Trustees meetings, engaging mobilizing in political issues that most impacted, and make sure students registered to vote, etc. I developed great leadership skills and during my time at South West Community College, I was majoring in Business Administration. I developed a great interest in business and did further research which brought me to the interest of accounting. From there I graduated with an Associates degree for transfer and brought me to Cal State Long Beach. I am able to provide leadership skills, communication skills, organization and much more. I hold high interest in an Accounting job related area.
