I’m a mission-driven executive with 20+ years leading large-scale, high-impact programs that have strengthened food security, equity, and systems delivery for millions of Americans. At the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service, I directed the $70B+ Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), managed disaster response operations across the country, and pioneered modernization efforts that reshaped how benefits are delivered. From scaling Pandemic-EBT within 4 months across all 50 states and territories to expanding tribal partnerships and streamlining legacy systems, I lead with a clear vision, data-informed strategy, and deep empathy for the people behind the programs. I bring unique expertise at the intersection of federal policy, technology integration, crisis operations, and community engagement. My leadership spans strategic program oversight, stakeholder relations (governors, advocacy leaders, private sector), and organizational change—including spearheading a virtual office model and leading multi-billion-dollar funding negotiations. Now entering a new chapter, I’m seeking opportunities to advise or lead organizations focused on social innovation, inclusive technology, and community-driven impact—whether in the private sector, philanthropic networks, or global development.
