Responsible for all aspects of end to end supply chain management. • Responsible for integrating the supply chain as part of the Global Procurement and Supply Chain organization and develop and drive supply chain strategies that are consistent with stablished company policies, worldwide material / procurement strategies and stablished metrics. • Responsible for developing the material and supply chain strategy for sketch to scale projects. • Lead account global supply chain from quote to sales in a matrix organization, sourcing, demand planning, forecasting and all the global supply chain and procurements functions. • Develop and create strategies and processes in supply chain, inventory, streamlining, cost – reduction, client interaction, production and materials planning, process improvement and process optimizations aligned with organization goals.(S & OP) • Manage and drive strategic sourcing process, project manage commodity negotiations on price and terms and conditions. • Develop global supply chain strategy that ensures multiple sources for all critical components. • Improve financial performance through total cost, asset velocity, optimized sourcing, make vs buy to meet business objectives. • Collaborate closely with senior leadership including global and regional leadership and communicate overall sourcing strategies and cost savings initiatives. Assess external market trends and conditions to identify opportunities and risk in supply categories. • Participate in contract negotiations and implementation. • Through account management, work to gain higher levels of “load to commit” alignment via customer order placement patterns and through internal operations gain higher alignment of “load to commit” via better prioritization of incoming material supply and / or production capability.
