Oversee award-winning library services at a liberal arts and sciences college, historically for women, ranked #1 for Innovation and #3 for Undergraduate Teaching by US News & World Report 2025. Manage and/or contribute to assessment, budgeting, collection development, donor relations, grant applications, library research instruction, marketing, personnel, programming, research support services, and technology planning. Expanded the use of and space for archives and special collections, added a digital repository, and opened a small museum. Assist with self-studies and reaccreditation reports. Served as an undergrad academic advisor for five years, as well as advising DACA/undocumented and First Generation students and organizations.
