Responsible for delivering timely and relevant communications to clients, as well as provide oversight for execution of the Wealth Management Client Communications program. • Partner with Operations and business areas to define requirements prior to the development of client letters. • Coordinate with Technology on release scheduling for client letters and help prioritize the deployment of letters, including review and approve letter test outputs and escalate any defects. • Work with the Fraud & Cyber Incident Response team to understand the root causes of issues and determine the best communication approach for clients and Financial Advisors. • Project manage the communication strategy for fraud and cyber incidents and ensure any client communications are approved by the appropriate business partners/stakeholders. • Provide oversight and review of the group budget and determine allocations and reconciliations of project expenses.
