I’m a leadership coach and healthcare talent development professional committed to helping mission-driven leaders cultivate the curiosity, clarity, and courage to lead with greater impact. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked inside large, complex health systems in director-level roles spanning Talent Development, Organizational Development, Patient Experience, and Population & Global Health. This experience gives me a practical, lived understanding of the challenges leaders face in clinical, operational, and matrixed environments—making my approach deeply relevant, empathetic, and grounded.As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and certified Hogan and MBTI® practitioner, I partner with leaders to uncover patterns, clarify goals, and create meaningful shifts in behavior and mindset. My coaching blends reflective inquiry, accountability, and evidence-based assessment to help clients navigate complexity, strengthen team dynamics, and lead with authenticity and purpose.Alongside my coaching practice, I lead enterprise talent strategies, facilitate large scale leadership development offerings, support leader hiring and onboarding, and consult with leaders at all levels—from emerging leaders to senior executives. Clients describe my coaching & consulting presence as calm and deeply supportive, while also challenging them to stretch, reflect, and grow.Outside of work, I invest in nonprofit and faith-based leaders through pro-bono coaching and mentoring.    Accelerating the growth and development of leaders across the health system by- Collaborating with vice-presidents and directors to facilitate Leadership Talent Reviews- Creating individualized plans for leadership development to support the growth of high potential/high performing leaders and prepare them for future roles- Coaching leaders 1:1 to help them gain insight from assessments (incl.
