Supporting a new capability space: Building Technology for the Outbound: Packing and Shipping Capabilities across the network including our Omni Channel and Fulfillment Centers. • Supported a legacy Warehouse Management System (WMS) utilized across 7 Distribution Centers and 2 Beauty Fulfillment Centers for JWN. • Sources and develops cross functional strategic partnerships (Business, Tech Engineering, Program Management and Operations) to gain good understanding of Supply Chain capabilities, determine the business, tech and company values, key deliverables and measurements and find resolution to business or tech problems that contribute to customer service. • Ensures that Supply Chain Product and Tech evaluates operational inefficiencies and alleviate pain points to provide solutions for improvements and deliver exceptional customer value, while achieving the financial objectives of the company. • Manages the Supply Chain Product Roadmap that help drive product releases and new WMS processes and functionality. • Produces business and product requirements utilizing in house documentation systems such as Atlassian Confluence and JIRA User Story Epics, etc. • Partners with Supply Chain Technology to translate business requirements to tech deliverables. • Responsible for executing deliverables against JWN speed to market timelines to ensure features are released in a timely manner. • Performs UAT, data validation and business sign offs. • Performs research on industry warehouse management systems, supply chain business standards, competitive landscape, financial and strategic opportunities to further supply chain knowledge and ensure solutions are sound and positioned strategically. • Mentors project partners on processes and best practices for a cohesive team dynamic and ability to evolve to the most appropriate project methodology.
