I am a project-focused professional in higher education with extensive experience reviewing, tracking, and coordinating hundreds of online courses to ensure they are ready for launch and designed to support student success.As an experienced Brightspace Learning Management system (LMS) trainer, I support faculty and staff, helping users build confidence with technology through clear communication and hands-on support. I lead through collaboration and emotional intelligence, motivating others, offering support, and helping remove obstacles so work can move forward. I flourish in team environments and see the big picture, but I’m also meticulous about the details. New technology, new ideas, and change don’t frighten me; instead, I embrace them because a challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow. Also, I recently earned my Bachelor\'s of Science degree (4.0 GPA) which reflects my curiosity, discipline, and commitment to lifelong growth. Professional and personal growth is not an option, it’s a passion. My strengths include project coordination, problem-solving, clear communication, and strong follow-through.
