As a Principal Product Designer, with 16 years of industry experience, my focus is on building Customer Listening Pipelines and solving highly-complex enterprise challenges that allow organizations to scale without losing sight of the user (digital and physical). I love digging into an excessive amount of Customer feedback before jumping into design. By leveraging my Masters in Predictive Analytics and my \"machine interns,\" I transform messy Customer feedback into actionable problems that influence clear product roadmap recommendations.I\'m currently the strategic integrator for an executive strategy of world-class Customer Deliveries. I\'ve led multiple pillars of the post-purchase Interconnected Service Desk at The Home Depot. As Associate Technical Fellow of UX at Boeing, I realized $35M+ in capital avoidance and productivity savings by teaching teams around the company how to apply Design Thinking to their work. I also established and led the Boeing UX Community of Excellence for many years, scaling it from a book club to a steering committee of 10+ senior practitioners, 4 executive sponsors and 700+ members.Beyond the screen, I am passionate about the future of our craft.
