I lead a global team across the US, Israel, and China, and focus on delivering clarity, structure, and intuitive workflows inside highly technical, enterprise-scale systems. My strengths sit at the intersection of UX, service design, and systems thinking. I’m passionate about turning complex problem spaces into clear, usable experiences — and helping my team grow through collaboration, curiosity, and meaningful craft.I’ve spent the last several years designing and leading experiences for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, partnering closely with engineering and PM to align vision, reduce cognitive load, and deliver features used by millions of creators, analysts, and data engineers.I thrive in spaces where design elevates understanding, empowers people to work smarter, and brings order to complexity.
