I currently work as a Program Coordinator for the CARE Program at the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs, U.S. Department of State, where I support operational efficiency, cross-agency coordination, and the integration of refugees and immigrants, ensuring they adjust and thrive in their new environments.I\'m also pursuing an MBA at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, specializing in international development, project management, operations, and business leadership, with a strong focus on Project Management, Leadership and global cooperation.With over a decade of experience across the banking, and government sectors, I bring a unique perspective to solving development challenges. My career has been dedicated to working with national and international organizations to drive impact, especially in conflict-affected and transitional regions.As an advocate for Afghanistani women, I am passionate about advancing education, inclusion, and peacebuilding. My work is rooted in purpose: building systems that empower people, foster resilience, and support sustainable development.For the first time, I established the Afghanistan Association Club (AAC) at Georgetown University, with the goal of introducing Afghanistan’s rich culture, promoting educational opportunities, and building a strong support and networking system for students from Afghanistan and allies across the university community.
