About Liza Horner
I’m a Business Systems Analyst who enjoys figuring out how people work — and then designing better ways for them to do it. In my current role, I partner with teams across supply chain, project management, and operations to understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies, and build solutions that make their jobs easier. That often looks like creating Power BI dashboards, designing data models, or building reporting that turns scattered data into something clear and actionable. What I enjoy most is the combination of problem-solving and design—taking complex or messy processes and turning them into intuitive, user-friendly systems that actually get used. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a team save time, reduce manual work, or make better decisions because of something I built. At Better Being, I began in operations and procurement, where I learned how processes work on the ground. Today, I focus on translating those real-world challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and collaboration. I’m especially interested in continuing to grow in roles that sit at the intersection of business, systems, and product— where I can work closely with users, solve meaningful problems, and build tools that have a tangible impact.
