Supervise a team of four professional staff members.Advise and support fraternity and sorority life, including five sororities and four fraternities, comprising ~20% of the undergraduate population. Liaison between national organizations, local alumni advisory boards, and the University.Manage the development, implementation, and assessment of all programmatic and logistical aspects of three day orientation program for first-year students and transfer students. Serve on the University\'s Behavioral Intervention Team. Support the 24/7 “on call” emergency response/crisis intervention rotation system. Oversee budgets related to the areas mentioned above.
