I directly supervise a team of seven indeterminate employees, two indirect indeterminate employees and seven contractors, working on the development and support of the building science and technical side of and the EnerGuide Rating System. We work with IT to develop the requirements, test to verify successful implementation, communicate with the energy advisor network on technical subjects and work with provincial and municipal partners on ERS data sharing. I also contribute to building code development as needed, manage several contracted resources, track the team finances and liaise on HR activities.
