I’m a connector at heart. I believe the most powerful change happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and invited to be part of something meaningful.As Chief Systems and Strategy Officer at Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, I’m responsible for leading the organization’s long-term strategic vision. My work focuses on aligning operations with community needs, strengthening partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and advocating for changes that address hunger and food insecurity. I’m especially passionate about using data and community feedback to close gaps in service and build more equitable systems.Over the past nine years, I’ve built a career rooted in nonprofit leadership—spanning fundraising, community engagement, events, and volunteer coordination. Those experiences taught me how to be adaptable, empathetic, and mission-focused, and they’ve shaped the way I approach strategy today: with people always at the center.I’ve had the honor of being recognized with Insight’s 40 Under 40 Award and the Future 15 Young Professionals Award in the Fox Cities. I currently serve as Past President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Northeast Wisconsin Chapter and co-founded The Monthlies Project, a grassroots initiative working to end period poverty in Northeast Wisconsin, currently distributing period products to over 165 local schools and organizations.I’m committed to systems-level change, but I never lose sight of the individual stories and community voices behind the work. I believe leadership is as much about listening as it is about leading—and that authenticity, approachability, and a little bit of levity go a long way.
