About Liz Valenca

I have a bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho. I also hold the FE exam certification and two other certifications in asphalt and aggregate testing from the Idaho Transportation Department. I am passionate about improving the quality and sustainability of pavement infrastructure through innovative engineering solutions.
