I have also worked closely with borrowers to understand their financing needs and provide tailored lending solutions, leveraging my in-depth knowledge of our lending products and underwriting criteria.Throughout the loan origination process, I am working collaboratively with our team to ensure that each loan meets our credit standards while also working independently.I have also been responsible for managing the loan pipeline, tracking progress on pending deals, and communicating updates to borrowers.To succeed in my role, I have to maintain excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and a part of a team. I am comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In addition to my lending responsibilities, I have actively contributed to the growth and success of the company. I funded $30 million in 2022 alone & exceeded 115% of my overall conversion variance.
