I am an energetic and skilled management consultant and leadership development practitioner, principally working in healthcare, passionate about development as a means of empowering teams and individuals to improve the quality of the services they provide. I combine a solid background in NHS management with experience in the design and delivery of Leadership Development and Organisational Development interventions.
