Liz is CEO and founder of Worth-it Positive Education CIC, a social enterprise that specilaises in developing positive mental health, wellbeing and resilience in schools and organisations. Worth-it provide early prevention through increasing organisational capacity, mainly within schools, local authorities, children\'s organisations and the NHS. Worth-it specialises in developing sustainable approaches to improving children and young people’s mental health through using positive pyschology coaching.Liz has developed and leads an organisation that provides consultancy, targeted early intervention programmes for young people based on Worth-it\'s evidence based approach to positive psychology coaching. She is also passionate about training practioners to use positive psychology coaching and increase capacity to support the early prevention of mental health problems in children and young people.Liz has created a portfolio of wellbeing and resilience programmes and interventions that are delivered nationallyonline through Worth-it\'s Wellbeing Academy. The menu of programmes developed includes teacher wellbeing and well as upskilling practitioners’ ability to use coaching and applied positive psychology with children and young people to improve wellbeing and resilience. Liz leads a collective of experts who specilise in the development of Positive Education nationally. This team includes Positive Psychologists and Coaches, from diverse backgrounds that include school leadership, teaching, youth work and organisational leadership.Liz\'s ultimate aim is to help thousands of children, young people and schools gain skills that develop resilience and improve mental wellbeing and prevent mental health problems developing. Worth-it are a leading provider of Positive Education in the UK.
