   Overall responsibility to complete strategic, critical and complex projects on schedule, within budget, schedule and scope including the Cape Cod Solutions Project. • Prepare project specific plans including progression milestones and deliverables • Participate in the development and execution of Eversource’s mission, goals, and objectives • Secure project funding and support including siting, permitting, regulatory approvals and customer / community commitments • Identify emerging issues and recommend appropriate actions/projects that produce shareholder value and meet internal and external customer needs • Lead, develop and motivate and monitor a staff capable of dealing with business and technical issues to achieve high value results that support the project strategies and goals; includes employees, contractors and potential external key stakeholders • Develop and implement cogent project monitoring and reporting systems • Provide post-project follow-up to ensure original anticipated values are achieved • Provide post-project review to identify and recommend additional enhancements • Direct and/or participate in the development and processing of various permit requirements • Direct and/or participate in various project support communication and public relation initiatives • Develop business strategies and initiatives to leverage ancillary value of project assets
