As a native Charlottean and third generation North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Liz is familiar with the many neighborhoods Charlotte and the surrounding areas has to offer. Growing up, she lived in Cabarrus County, North Charlotte, South Charlotte, Lake Norman and finally settled in Union County in 2016. She graduated high school from Hickory Grove Christian School in Charlotte and then attended University of South Carolina where she received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. After college, Liz worked with Apex Homes as a real estate broker specializing investment property acquisition In 2011, Liz was hired by Toll Brothers Luxury Home Builders and sold new construction single-family homes in both Marvin and Weddington, suburbs just outside of Charlotte in Union County. At Toll Brothers, Liz along with her team sold over $25 Million in new homes within 2 years. In 2013, Liz decided to combine her new home sales experience and investment property real estate experience by joining Helen Adams Realty. Liz considers it her job to help you buy or sell residential homes with the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and integrity.Liz is an active member of Lee Park Baptist Church and enjoys spending time with her husband O’Neal, their 2 kids and her Golden Retriever mix \"Dabo\" as well as traveling, decorating and entertaining.
