   As a Regional Recruiter, I partner with professionals to find talented Associate Dentists, Operations Managers, Dental Hygienists, and both clinical and non clinical practice support in the Orange County Region. My focus and main responsibilities are recruiting and evaluating candidates, advising hiring managers, supporting my regional team, and managing the candidate experience in for 40 offices in the region. I manage the applicants lifecycle from sourcing candidates to the application and the interview process to the offer letter. My role is truly consultative in nature with the ultimate goal being to serve Dental professionals in identifying whether one of our supported offices is a good fit for their talents and skills sets.
