With a background in engineering and operations, she understands the challenges of leading high-performing teams—especially in technical and fast-paced environments. A Cornell-trained Civil Engineer with a Master\'s in Structural Engineering from Stanford, Liz initially built her career in engineering before making a bold shift. She experienced firsthand how ineffective leadership mindsets and structures hindered productivity and innovation, and she was determined to change that.In 2008 — long before coaching was mainstream — Liz trained with Coach U, Inc, a global leader in executive coaching. She then spent five years training for The Collaborative Operating System (COS), where she helped leaders transform team dynamics and boost operational efficiency using a structured, commitment-based leadership framework.Recognizing the need for continuous growth, Liz further refined her expertise at the NeuroLeadership Institute and became a certified Enneagram practitioner—giving her neuroscience-backed and personality-based strategies to drive leadership success.
