I’m a Global Quality & Food Safety leader with 15+ years of experience driving enterprise-wide food safety, quality, and sanitation programs across multi-site food manufacturing and CPG operations. I specialize in building resilient food safety cultures that go beyond compliance—protecting brands, strengthening customer trust, and enabling operational excellence.Currently, I lead Food Safety & Quality for high-volume, multi-site operations exceeding $500M in revenue, partnering closely with executive teams to deliver scalable systems, strong audit performance, and continuous improvement. My work spans HACCP, FSMA Preventive Controls, SQF, environmental monitoring, sanitation, traceability, recall readiness, and supplier compliance, with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven decision making.I’m known as a people-first leader and trusted advisor—developing high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and fostering accountability across manufacturing, agricultural operations, and supply chains. I’ve successfully led facility start-ups, SQF certifications, complex audits, supplier-related recalls, and cross-functional crisis management, while consistently improving KPIs such as customer complaints, sanitation performance, and audit scores.Beyond operations, I actively engage in industry collaboration through regulatory and food safety councils and believe innovation, leadership, and continuous improvement are essential to advancing food safety at scale.
