As a Project Manager at the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation (SIEDC), I leverage my MPS in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice Leadership and my 6 years of experience in managing and coordinating programs that expand opportunities for young people across New York City. I am passionate about providing youth with the tools necessary to discover and develop their own talents and interests, and to pursue their educational and career goals.In my current role, I oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects that aim to foster economic growth and innovation in Staten Island. I collaborate with stakeholders from different sectors, such as education, business, government, and community, to identify and address the needs and challenges of the local economy. I also manage the budget, timeline, and quality of the project deliverables, ensuring they meet the expectations and standards of the SIEDC and its partners. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team that shares my vision of creating a more prosperous and inclusive society.
