About Liz McKee

I am the Director of Corporate Communications for Monogram Foods where I\'m responsible for the development and implementation of strategic communication and brand management across the organization. My team and I also manage the Monogram Loves Kids Foundation, a $16 million foundation that supports existing nonprofits that benefit children and their families.I am most passionate about inspiring engagement through smart storytelling, inclusion, and showing employees they are valued. I am the former Director of Internal Communications at Baker Donelson where I helped create and establish the employee communications and engagement strategy, leading to record engagement and placement on Fortune magazine’s \"100 Best Companies to Work For\" list for nine years in a row. I led the company’s communications efforts through acquisitions, leadership changes, and the pandemic. I also implemented employee initiatives such as wellness, environmental, community service, and more. Prior to Baker Donelson, I worked in broadcast news in Austin, Texas; Jackson, Tennessee; and Memphis, Tennessee. I am a proud \"Volunteer\" and hold a Bachelor degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee.
