About Liz Marino

As an Executive Coach I provide thought partnerships to help leaders reach their goals and scale their organization. My career was founded in educational equity work. At Summer Search Boston I helped develop and implement coaching for high school students to support their leadership development. As the Executive Director I helped grow the organization substantially and oversaw fundraising and EDI initiatives that set the table for future success. At Duet, I joined during the early start-up stage and worked closely with a small team of senior leaders to scale coaching for working adults seeking college degrees. This work included building systems in recruitment, brand, technology, and raising significant growth capital. In 2022 I turned my passion for investing in individuals into a business and launched Liz Marino Coaching and Strategy through which I provide CEOs, Executive Directors, and other leaders executing coaching and strategy support. I feel privileged to play a small role in helping incredible leaders and organizations achieve the greatest possible impact.
