As a principal our middle academy ranked in the Top‑5 for academic growth while supporting an ~88% multilingual student population.A former Division I athlete, I bring a competitive, growth‑mindset to leadership that is committed to continuous improvement, team development, and high standards of performance. I’m passionate about designing equitable, scalable learning experiences—especially for multilingual and inclusive classrooms—and partnering with product teams or districts to transform the experience teachers and leaders experience in education to make it joyful, rigorous, and make tremendous growth. Designed and implemented an Instructional Excellence Rubric to standardize observation, feedback, and instructional expectations, Built and ran job‑embedded coaching cycles, lesson labs, and data meetings to drive instructional fidelity and teacher growth. Served as acting Elementary Principal and increased elementary state‑assessment growth from 29% to 61%(grades 3–8). Sustained teacher retention above 90% for three consecutive years through career‑pathing and targeted development. Managed budgets and operations for curriculum, events, and school initiatives; mentored assistant principals into principal roles.
