As part of the Equal Experts Leadership team, I spend time supporting our clients and teams, to understand the business problems to solve and shape the service we provide. Most recently I\'ve been woking with Waitrose & Partners, Department of Health and Social Care and Pret A Manger. As experts in service design, user research, product leadership, content design and UX/ UI Design, we use design thinking to take a human centred approach to creating product propositions and designing new services and experiences. I work closely with teams during discovery to ensure that we are clear what strategic value we can bring, and spend time listening and understanding our clients needs and desired outcomes in order to deliver that.

I lead creative teams who make amazing experiences and I want to continue using design thinking and playful techniques to create digital experiences that make peoples’ lives better.I’m interested in business transformation and innovation, and I’m good at connecting the dots between organisational strategy, products, and the detailed designs we need to produce to make it happen.I get a real kick out of developing people to be the best they can be, as designers, thinkers, facilitators, leaders, illustrators and problem solvers. And I like building teams and making sense of difficult problems in a collaborative way.
