Here at Fortinet I am responsible for many things including the building and running the RFI process, which assists our EMEA countries to find and onboard new Distributors. This includes building bespoke scorecards throughout the RFI process and afterwards; Onboarding processes, scorecards, health check planners & reviews to ensure a great and successful partnership! I’m proud to say that my process is robust enough to stand up to the scrutiny of audit by PWC and has been described as ‘Best in Class’ in the industry! I built, launched and currently drive the EMEA Distributor Specialisation Program. That enables our Distributors to earn credible distinction after meeting the rigorous required standards in OT, SASE and SecOps! This is their secret weapon to support their tier of focus partners to build and close pipeline in these specialty areas. This is a fully measurable program with tangible revenue outcomes. Every year I create a new EMEA Distribution Business Plan template, to ensure consistency and a clear communication of our current expectations, to the Distribution community. This in turn assists in being the solid foundation for our local country QBR’s and ultimate success of our Distributors and Partners. I manage Get-Well and Performance Improvement Plans for all countries and the full end to end processes when it is required. In addition; To support our Fortinet Distribution Account Managers, I came up with the idea of a training series called ‘The Masterclass Series’. It includes presentations and recordings to help the DAMs deliver consistent management and in turn better performance from our Distributors. It includes:How to write a Business & Marketing plan, How to run a QBR, Performance Improvement Plans, The RFI process and Onboarding and many other topics. I am very proud to add that The Masterclass Series was adopted by Fortinet as a Global Initiative and rolled out to all business areas for Global employee training and onboarding.
