Hogrefe Ltd is the UK arm of the Hogrefe Group, Europe’s leading publisher of psychometric assessments and psychology books and journals. My role as Principal Psychologist is key to delivering high quality assessment solutions to organisations. I also work closely with healthcare and educational professionals, authors and consultants. I enjoy researching and writing about current psychology issues for Hogrefe. I also help to train individuals for their Test User: Ability and Professional qualifications and represent Hogrefe at conferences and events.

Psychology devotee. Leadership consultant, publisher, researcher and now student (again!).I am enthusiastic about psychology in all contexts, in particular leadership, workplace wellbeing, neurodiversity, engagement and careers. I deliver with authenticity, commitment and excellence.At Hogrefe Ltd, a leading global psychometric test publisher, I am responsible for the occupational test portfolio and help individuals and organisations to find the best psychometric solutions for their work. I also work as a consultant with the Hogrefe Group delivering leadership assessment for a major international client.I have an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck University, London. I am also a certified BPS Occupational Test User (Ability/Personality) and accredited BPS Assessor.
