Accepted a permanent role within YNAP Group, to continue with development of SAM area. Snow migration and implementation of expansion to be landed in Jan 2021 (with help of third party partner). ServiceNow asset management (for software) review. To pick up, amend to account for changes and land the complete SAM Policy Framework for YNAP in to he whole business. Develop SAM Roadmap for future time-boxed events through the year.Run day to day BAU activities and train other colleagues to support Software.Continuous service improvement.

Entering the Software Asset Management arena more than twenty years ago, I have acquired a wide range of solid experience across Software Asset Management and Software Licensing with a good basic technical understanding; I have excellent customer relationship skills, commercial awareness and strong data analysis skills. Great at dealing with people, I am comfortable with people of all levels of understanding, around the subject of licensing and SAM.Technically (licence audit-wise) I have worked within the Tier 2 and the Tier 1 software spaces where Data Centre metrics are complex and virtualisation is commonplace.Certifications gained in ITIL Foundation for IT Service Management; British Computing Society Software Asset Management Essentials; FAST Certified Software Auditor.
