ABOUT LIZ HANNAH
As a manager on the Succession & Deployment team, I am responsible for supporting the operations of Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice through managing and overseeing the audit practice succession strategy and planning for key client service, practice management, and leadership roles. Prior to joining the Succession & Deployment team, I was a Lead on the Talent Acquisition Strategy & Innovation team developing creative ways to attract top inclusive talent to Deloitte. I am knowledgeable in change management and monitoring activities with experience conducting current state assessments, performing stakeholder analysis, establishing communication and training plans, developing and analyzing surveys, and conducting focus groups. My passion lies in blending relationships and data to develop informed solutions to gain a competitive advantage.
