Liz Hamilton brings over 20 years of expertise in fundraising, nonprofit management, strategic planning, public relations, marketing, and grant writing for nonprofit organizations. Her diverse background spans roles such as program director, social worker, development director, and executive director in both private and public sectors.Currently serving as the CEO at the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester, Liz\'s journey includes pivotal roles in the Club\'s $10 million capital campaign completed in 2006 and as part of the management team that grew Club membership and fundraising from in 2006 to $5M today. In 2019, Liz took on the role of Managing CEO at the Boys & Girls Club of Webster-Dudley, further expanding her impactful leadership. Adding to her impressive portfolio, in 2021, Liz joined Clark University as part of the adjunct faculty staff, where she collaborates with retired YWCA CEO Linda Cavaioli to teach non-profit management.Liz\'s exceptional work and dedication have been consistently acknowledged throughout her career. She has been honored with prestigious awards and recognitions both locally and nationally. In 2009, Liz was awarded the \"Resource Development Professional of the Year\" by the Yankee Chapter of Club Professionals, followed by receiving the key to the City of Worcester in 2016 for her impactful philanthropic work benefiting children. In 2020, Liz was a recipient of the Lois B. Green Leadership award from the United Way of Central Massachusetts and was recognized as one of the \"Outstanding Women Leaders\" by the Worcester Business Journal. Her remarkable efforts during the pandemic led to her being named a \"Hero Among Us\" by the City of Worcester. Continuing her streak of success, Liz was listed in the \"Power 50\" by the Worcester Business Journal in 2021 and 2022, and in 2021, she received national recognition as a \"Dependable Leader\" by Maytag, with a generous prize of for the Club\'s mentoring programs. Liz attributes her achievements to the unwavering support of her family, guidance from strong mentors, and the dedication of the professional Boys & Girls Club staff.
