I have developed a Leadership of Place online training course, delivered through the LGiU, which helps elected councillors take a real problem they are grappling with and come up with some solutions. I take delegates through a series of exercises to test their understanding of who are the \'players\' in their project and how they can get the best out of them, to drive a project through to a successful conclusion.The interactive course is over 2 x 2 hour online sessions, either delivered to councillors from multiple authorities or to multiple councillors at one authority.Soon to be delivering an online course, in collaboration with Malcolm Powers, on embedding climate action in your council and community.
