I’ve spent the last few years leading teams, supporting clients, building connections, and keeping things moving even when life got chaotic (and it often did). Motherhood only strengthened the skills I already had: empathy, patience, communication, and the ability to bring calm to messy moments.What matters most to me is the impact I make on people. Titles change. Industries shift. But the through-line of my career has always been the same: I care deeply about creating environments where others feel supported, understood, and able to grow.Right now, I’m in a transition and exploring what comes next. I may not know the exact role or industry yet, but I know the kind of work that energizes me: meaningful, people-centered, community-oriented, and rooted in making a difference.
