Hi, I’m Liz—an Associate Director at Riveron with nearly 15 years of experience in SEC reporting, financial consulting, and public company readiness. I’m often called on when things get complex and deadlines are tight—because I bring clarity, structure, and a grounded presence to every engagement (even chaotic reporting deadlines).I’ve worked with clients at every stage—from fast-moving startups to mature public companies—guiding them through IPOs, carve-outs, equity offerings, and the entire SEC reporting lifecycle. My specialty? Making the technical feel manageable, and the reporting process run like a well-oiled (and human-centered) machine. I lead teams through quarterly close cycles with precision and grace. Whether I’m diving deep into technical accounting memos or coordinating seamlessly with audit, legal, and IR teams, I’m all about making reporting smoother, faster, and easier for you.Before joining Riveron, I built my career at PwC, Envestnet, and Effectus Group—gaining exposure to equity and debt offerings and transactions, internal controls, IPO readiness, and every stage of the SEC reporting and financial close lifecycle. I’m tech fluent in tools like Workiva, Active Disclosure, Blackline, FloQast, Intelligize—and I pride myself on being able to step into nearly any ERP system my clients use and get up to speed quickly. And beyond the spreadsheets? I’m an iPEC certified professional coach and yoga teacher. I bring mindfulness and project management together in a way that empowers teams. I lead with presence, awareness, and intention—skills that are just as valuable in a 10-K review as they are in a team meeting.
