ABOUT LIZ GERAGHTY
Liz Geraghty is CMO International for The Wendy’s Company, where she is responsible for leading marketing in 30 countries outside of the US. Prior to joining the International business segment, Liz led a team of over 25 US marketers who were responsible for many winning initiatives including breakfast, delivery, mobile ordering, 4 for $4, and local marketing. Liz started her career as a Food Scientist at Keebler Company where she worked alongside the famous elves designing new cookies. Later she joined Sara Lee Foods leading marketing and innovation for brands like Jimmy Dean®, Hillshire Farms® and Sara Lee® Desserts. Liz holds a BS in Microbiology and an MS in Food Science from the University of Illinois, and an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University. She is a member of the board of Syntero, a non-profit behavioral health service in Central Ohio. She is also past chair of the Women’s Foodservice Forum Mentor Committee. Liz is a native Chicagoan who lives in Columbus Ohio with her husband, Webster Schooley, and their daughters, Grace and Laine.
