ABOUT LIZ FARR

People are the most important thing around me, my family that supports me and allows me to do what I do, the teams that I work with, customers that make business run, and the MANY friends and \"extended family members\" that I have come to love in this business - without them, I don\'t have much. I am a work in progress - a lifelong learner, and I have a passion for passing along that love of learning, developing and bettering oneself to the people who work with me whenever I can. I have the belief that its critical to never stand still and let the world move along without you! Who I am-I am always looking for better ways of making things happen - ideas are amazing and can come from anywhere-I am also always looking for ways to make myself better, a better mom, wife, leader, co-worker, more productive -I am focused and analytical, I find it fun to dig for information and challenging to distill the meaning from the numbers! What I Have Accomplished- Over the years, I have become somewhat of a renovations specialist - working with many properties to rebuild and reposition themselves to become even better in a market - honing my construction knowledge, marketing skills, strategy development and communications skills - leading teams through the process to successfully go from that caterpillar to butterfly- I assemble, train, mentor and motivate teams to become cohesive and productive groups- I am versed in so many angles of business, over my 20+ years in the multifamily industry, I have had the opportunity to work in about every department in our industry - I see the whole picture. Life is a wild ride, and while you never know what to expect, be ready for anything that comes your way, and never stop moving forward.
