   Mapbox is an adventure in itself - and it\'s one that I am incredibly grateful and happy to be experiencing. Managing teams across the US, Finland, Minsk, and Poland, I have experienced all kinds of challenges and unique wins. Keeping a recruiting team motivated through the inevitable ebbs and flows of this industry, developing our team, and building programs and projects that hit on the global scale at this company have been the brightest parts of my career thus far. This hasn\'t been easy, but we are here. This experience over the past year (like taking on the business side of recruiting and merging them with the technical recruiting team to build one team) has been incredibly eye-opening and fulfilling. I am enjoying the growth that is not only occurring with my own scope and career, but the growth and development of the talent team here at Mapbox. Want to learn more? We are hiring!
