I am a talent development and instructional design specialist with over a decade of professional and educational experience, specializing in fostering growth and development within the tech industry. My focus is on crafting engaging and business-focused learning experiences that are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of team members at various career stages, with a strong commitment to equity and accessibility for all learners. I typically employ a non-linear and iterative instructional design approach (e.g, the Kemp model) to allow planning, development, and evaluation to occur in parallel and continuously influence and improve one another.
