Interface with the Marine Risk Team, Aviation Logistics, HSSE and Operation Managers on marine assurance and regulation requirements. Oversee vessel coordination support for multiple offshore project developments for Major Projects in the Gulf of Mexico- Hold regular and quarterly business review meetings with executive level management with-in Shell and subsequent third party contractors to evaluate milestone achievements, current operational forecasting and collaborative business goals set within each organizations mission statement- Responsible for scheduling day-to-day operations of all vessel related and budget matters between 3rd party vessel operators, drill ships, drilling rigs, FPSOs and other SURF and UA operations critical vessels- Develop and retain offshore utilization tracking systems compiled with all current project allocations, fuel utilization records and costs associated with each- Provide analysis and process improvement to project teams on contract management process, post award contractual interpretation and administration matters. As well as ensuring all vessels meet the project requirements and optimization levels set forth in contract review and handover meetings- Identify and lead new business opportunities with senior leaders and stakeholders- Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present them in a Quarterly Business Review (QBRs) with key contract holders, management and company stakeholders- Support the Marine Installation Portfolio Lead/Contract Holder in various Marine Construction needs- SharePoint Site Functional Owner – Responsible for maintaining multiple user friendly and collaborative web-based sites in a secure and document controlled environment.
