About Liz Boulware

I am an engaging, experienced executive with a proven track record of managing profitable growth for a national, publicly traded PEO & HR Outsourcing firm. My deep understanding and knowledge of the PEO value proposition allows me to guide investors and leaders in their growth journey. While workers compensation has been my focus, I work hand in hand with sales organizations and company leadership building effective RFPs, pricing and profitability tools, and client relationship management (CRM) systems. I am adept at distilling complex insurance concepts into terms appropriate for sales and client conversations as well as investors new to this space. My experience includes managing complex, workers compensation large deductible programs across all 50 states, with multiple vendors. In conjunction with internal and external actuaries, I was responsible for reporting quarterly financial results for the workers compensation product to executive leadership. Additionally, I led multi-state compliance activities related to both workers compensation and PEO reporting. I oversaw immense data feeds occurring weekly and monthly between national carriers, third party administrators (TPAs) and state agencies, all while maintaining SOX compliance. I\'ve also led large-scale change projects including enterprise systems migration, client integration projects and the launch of Salesforce.com (SFDC). Most recently, I\'ve been able to leverage my professional skills in my volunteer capacity with Braver Angels. I most recently accepted a volunteer leadership role as Central NC Co-Chair and became a certified Zoom Workshop Moderator.
