I am a people based and values driven leader with a passion for recruiting and talent management I have had the opportunity to open four new store locations over my 14+ years at Sephora. In 2023 I have had the pleasure of owning the Sephora Chicago Indeed Recruitment. I have been able to have amazing experiences and exposure by working at multiple stores and Districts within the company. I have been in the beauty retail space for 17 years, 14 of those years have been spent at Sephora! I started my Sephora journey as a Beauty Advisor all those years ago and have loved every position I have held. I myself was recruited to Sephora and every person I bring on I still feel that joy that I had on my first day! I strive to create a fun, passionate, diverse and inclusive work environment where all voices are heard. I have an open door policy and work hard for my people so they can deliver the best service to our amazing clients!
