In my practice, I represents large corporations, primarily real estate investment trusts (REITs), on various securities matters, including debt and equity securities offerings, SEC disclosures, stockholder meetings, Section 16 matters, stock market listing standards, and ongoing corporate governance advice. I also have experience effectively executing complex transactions, including spin-offs and mergers and acquisitions. At Northwestern, I developed a passion for the nonprofit world. I worked for a D.C-based cancer foundation before law school, where I ran Harvard\'s Public Interest Auction. I remain passionate about helping nonprofits through my pro bono work.
